Improvers &beginners

If you’re new to Pilates or trying to ease yourself back into a routine this class is for you. During the course of these classes you’ll learn the principles and fundamentals of Pilates, classical exercises based on the original repertoire and gain familiarity with some small Pilates equipment such as the small ball, resistance band and the magic (Pilates) circle. We will build on the skills you need to execute more challenging moves and progress to the next level.

Intermediate & mixed level

In these classes you can expect an increased number of moves and repetitions to strengthen the entire body and create a balanced musculature. We aim to challenge what is strong and strengthen what is weak building muscle endurance and flexibility, however, modifications are always offered so you can move at your level of control and ability. If you enjoy challenges and want to strive for progress but in a safe and smart way, this class is designed for you.
