Our regular workshop is back 🙂
As always we’ll aim to open and stretch usually tight areas such as the pelvis and the shoulders to get rid of tension, release the muscles and the fascia. We’ll also focus on the breath to make it more efficient and connect it with movement in order the execute moves with more precision. Moving at a slower pace will also allow us to focus on form and alignment so that we can get all the benefits from those classical Pilates excercises.
Expect a relaxing, lighthearted session that incorporates Pilates moves with a twist ;-).
